    Pros

Ability to try various jobs to determine career. Competitive pay and available bonus.

    Cons

45 hour work week, poor working conditions, awful benefits, and weird location with no metro airport. Literally, your career starts at zero as you have "do your time" before anyone will start to listen to you. Constant management turnover forces you to prove yourself over and over making advancement extremely hard.

    Advice to Management

Equal opportunity career, not politics based. Embrace change, learn what others are doing and cherish your valuable transplants...they are the key to your success.

    Pros

Company is actually growing, and hiring in a tough economy.

    Cons

The company claims to pride itself on respect for the individual. Unfortunately my experience didn't bear that out. At times I felt the environment was actually abusive.

    Advice to Management

Before firing off escalation emails as the result of somebody's complaint, check with all the other parties involved and gather all the details and facts first.
