Leadership lacks vision, very political environment, cultish workplace, open door policy is a conduit for getting fired, so many layoffs it’s very difficult to get things done as the individual who was working on your project was fired, Broken processes with massive duplication efforts, Antiquated software applications, Too cheap to buy plan and pencils,
Advice to Management
Now that you’ve eliminated a great deal of talent and expertise from the company, Increasing headcount with all the millennials will not increase productivity. Executive leadership is leaving Walmart for a reason!! Start practicing the core believes the company was founded on
