    I have been working at Walmart for more than a year

    Pros

    Working with the overnight crew we work as a team, even the co-managers are on the floor working. Also, working the frontend I get to meet some very interesting customers.

    Cons

    The never ending returns. By returns I mean items that customers pick up that they change their mind about and place the item throughout the store in various places. We (employees ) have to shop down the store and remove those items to restock or claims out (food items ).

    Advice to Management

    The only advice is more cross training on the front end. A frontend Cashier should be able run self-checkout, money center, customer service, and layaway.
