I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good platform, great for fresh graduate, they can learn a lot about the working process, company culture, etc.

    Cons

Lots of pressure; too many female associates; my team is not really cooperative; pay is just so so

    Advice to Management

lots of 90s associates are leaving the company as the brand is no longer attractive, the package is not good, and career development is limited. Too many 70s and 80s associates stay in the company for over 10 years, which prohibits the promotion of the junior associates.
