    Pros

The company is good all in all, the CEO sincerely cares about helping out the associates. Good benefits and great pay for the kind of job it is.

    Cons

one major problem would have to be that lack of support the management gives to associates that need the help and extra motivation to push them to there full potential.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be don't ask to much from one associate evenly distribute the work to everyone.teamwork makes the dream work

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1 hour lunch break
Bonuses every 3 months depending on how well your store performs.

    Cons

    Lots of favoritism and unfairness
    Management is not well trained
    No room for growth
Most of the time we dont receive our full bonuses
    Underpaid
    Overworked
    Unorganized
If you don't have open availability chances are your hours will be cut no matter if your fulltime.

    Advice to Management

Start giving out promotions to people that deserve them not people who you are friends with. Communicate with your associate more. Stop looking down on your associate like your better than us and every once in a while say thank you.
