I have been working at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Only life. You don't need to know how to code.

    Cons

Like to hire friends and family members with no Technical backgrounds. The political battle is serious. Low diversity (because of the politics). No good talent.

    Advice to Management

The hiring process is ridiculous. Need more technical question in the interview, instead of hiring friends and family members. Please increase the diversity. Do not hire people who like to do the politics but not coding.
