I worked at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

the workplace was climate controlled, mostly friendly co-workers,one hour for lunch, two 15 minute breaks if you reminded the mgrs who have a tendency to let breaks go by if workload is full.

    Cons

training is sporadic at best with very little patience, barely over minimum wage{ 7.70 hr} to unload one or two 2000 piece trailers within a small window of time regardless of number of unloaders.,store is understaffed so you are expected to help in other departments on a regular basis even though your workload is full. no overtime but you are expected to work over and if you exceed 40 hrs. they will send you home early...
