    Pros

    Not as heavily controlled by the managers as the rest of the Walmart.

    Cons

    Lot of customer complain about their oil change and tire.

    I have been working at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Job isn't brain surgery and as long as you do most of your work and show up on time, management will be ok.

    Cons

    Mngmt always pulling u n three directions at the same time. Each manager has a top priority and it's diff from the other managers.

    Advice to Management

    More indians and less chiefs (pardon the pun) They have so many managers and so few workers its a shame.

    can work on the clock.
    pays little more than other competetors
    not much pros, regret choosing walmart to work for.

    Cons

    suck out people, with out encouragement.
    unfair treatment and mainly concentrates on business and profits rather than following ethics.
    not good at all

    employees should be treated as humans not as machines.
    should encourage hard working people.
    managers should not concentrate mainly on bonus checks but follow people ethics
