I have been working at Walmart for more than a year

    Pros

Working here was a great learning experience. The company has great leverage as a result of its size.

    Cons

Diversity of thought, ideology, ethnicity, and geography is lacking due to the location of the headquarters.

    Advice to Management

Improve the working environment for associates, and interact with direct reports more often via informal outlets. There were no group lunches. Very little camaraderie.

  2. Fulfilling and challenging internship
