    Pros

Room to grow in the company. Walmart loves to promote from within so moving up once you get hired is easy.

    Cons

Turn over rate is high and if you're a manager you're constantly having to train new people and work with people that don't quite know what they're doing. On top ofnthat the work load can be stresfull and the hours can be rough

    Advice to Management

    Ditch customer first scheduling
