I have been working at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Starting pay was decent and full time hours. Room to grow if I want. Seems like the management is on their game.

    Cons

Training felt a bit rushed. The computer work can be a bit much when you have to do it in 2 days.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing as of yet.

I worked at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The fellow associates were always nice, and fun to talk to. Customers weren't bad either.

    Cons

Upper management. Corporate management. The constant need to do more with less has reached critical mass and now their profit margins are going to cost the health of your back.

    Advice to Management

HIRE. Increase man hours needed per sales. Let Department managers choose their associates. You need to be able to control either the quality or quantity of your associates if you want copious amounts of work done.
