I have been working at Walmart for more than 19 years

    Pros

Great sense of real accomplishment by giving back to the community. You get to work with a power and a force that you most likely have never seen before. No one can ever really take you down, because the power is on your side.

    Cons

It's a very go go atmosphere, it can be tiring at times. Anonymity is difficult to keep. The uniforms can be a little tight and you have a limited number of colors to choose from.

    Advice to Management

Don't wait till the last minute to use the Megazord, before Rita makes her employees grow just use the Megazord to step on them. It's so simple, but this is something management will just not allow to happen. Other than that,Zordon is great to work for.

    I worked at Walmart

    Pros

Good benefits. Meet new people. I didn't NOT enjoy the time at Wal Mart. Made a lot of new aquaintances that I'll be keeping in touch with for a long time to come. I guess that's part of what working is about, meeting new people.

    Cons

Deadend job. I really should have thought twice about taking the joba at Wa Mart. I probably could have done better with a job that had more chance for advancement. I'll be looking for a job in the future that will allow me to advance and do more with my skills.

    Advice to Management

Have a more personal relationship with your employees.
