    Pros

The immediate people I worked with are good.

    Pros

Great team and very collaborative culture. People here is very supportive and help each other to succeed. Being a small product, there will be both breadth and depth of experience which one might not get from an established e-comm company.

    Cons

Nothing at this point of time.

I worked at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Meet new people, good customer service experience, hire a lot of students or people with no previous work experience.

    Cons

Always busy, can be painful on the body due to repetitive actions (ESPECIALLY if you're a cashier), managers and supervisors pick favourites.

    Advice to Management

Care more about your employees. Listen to their complaints, doing the same thing for 8 hours straight is painful on the body, so help out instead of standing around.

Your Co workers are a team and if you don't work together everything falls apart.

Don't reward mean customers who are rude to your staff by rewarding them with gift cards or free merchandise because they come back to swear at us on purpose when you do that.
