    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Walmart provides a steady paycheck. Paychecks are always good, and are always deposited into bank accounts on the day that they are scheduled to.

    Cons

Hourly associates are treated like second class citizens. Many departments have no flexibility or alternative work solutions for hourly associates with young children.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to preach work life balance and the importance of family, then walk the talk. Improve the way that hourly associates are treated and give them the same benefits and flexibility that salaried managers have.
