I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I would say some of the best reasons would have to be the days off, the fexible schedule, and definitely the benefits.

    Cons

Walmart has a very strict company policy. Managers aren't always at the best. They could keep us a bit more informed when it comes to changes or things that may not make sense to us employees. For example, the past couple months Walmart Distribution has been sending people home during the week to cut back hours because the hours doesn't match up with the volume of work. So they send people home during the week to cut hours, but then the make it mandatory for us to come in on Sunday/Monday night. Doesn't really make sense to us employees and they don't tell us why it's like that.

    Advice to Management

Always be at your best or at least put forth huge effort to be. And keep employees more informed

    Pros

Fun, Challenging, yet exciting. Great place to work at. I learned so much and got to many different clients and work with different groups of individuals. Would consider referring people looking for work to this company.

    Cons

No company car.. Sometimes the work can be very tiring but that is just comes with the industry and you just have to learn to stick it out, and give the best possible outcome to the client.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people. Get a fitness center, and make sure the clients understand they need a faster internet connection when they want to deal with large external migrations.
