    Pros

    Some great people. I loved working here, had a lot of good times looking after customers. They became friends. .

    Cons

    Can be long hours, which means you can spend time at home with family and loved ones. This can be a pro tho!

    Excellent staff and a very good team.

    Difficult to get the correct level of communication to the correct person.

    Advice to Management

    Integrate more with the colleagues and listen and take heed of most of their suggestions.

    The size of the company is very small so not allot of opportunity to promote your career forward.

    Pros

    The staff were very friendly but the management had no idea what they were doing in their Chelsea office. Things were just made up as they go

    Cons

    Having no coordination means there were no laid down focus for the organisation. Inexperienced managers handling the business like its a toy shop
