I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Walmart gives great flexibility in scheduling and the work is not difficult. This is a great first job in the sense that it trains you to deal with different situations accordingly.

    Cons

There isn't enough work to be done so an eight hour shift is done by faking 6 hours of work and then doing 2 hours of actual work.

    Advice to Management

Have better communication between associates and be accountable if you as management did something wrong.
