I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My pros would be that there is team work a lot people trying to help others when needed.

    Cons

Not enough help, don't feel like the management care a lot, I feel like working there is stressful and you feel like your not going anywhere.

    Advice to Management

Be more helpful and caring, but also be able to talk and work with your associates when they need it. Don't work to death your associates.

    Pros

The best place to work for a part-time job. A real opportunity to rise up in the company quickly as a CSM manager or other Positions at Walmart.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

I believe Management does a real good job of taking care of it's employees. So keep up the good work!
