    management sucks, you work on everything that isn't in your job title, pay isn't worth the labor...NO LIFE OUTSIDE OF WALMART

    The pay has improved but I feel with all the experience and education I have to offer I could be more effective in a different position

    Pros

    Great administrative opportunities, community oriented, good pay & benefits.

    Cons

    Favoritism amongst department managers & certain associates. The countless manipulation between employee & management. Lack of empathy especially with associates with Families' whom have an emergencies. Threats of termination on a daily basis.
