    Cons

    Advice to Management

Work together with your employees, the worst thing ever is when you tell a customer one thing and then the manager says another. Most customers are repeat offenders about arguing so they can get what they want.

I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They'll pretty much hire anyone, so it's a fine first job for teenagers looking for something to put in their resume.

    Cons

Not a realistic long-term job; they're reluctant to officially hire anyone "full-time" so they can avoid giving out benefits

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees more, give them time off when they request it, etc.
