    I worked at Walmart part-time

So much work that your day or night will go by fast. The work is fun for the most part. Helping customers also kept you busy. They move you from floor to cashier or even to the cash office. You can move up the chain if you want. Keep completing the CBL's on time and watch their system to apply for other jobs in the area.

Low pay, you are only a number with no benefits as a part time employee. They have favorites but really don't care about anyone, their priority is the bottom dollar in their pocket.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people. Treat them like they matter and make your paycheck because they do and they do. If someone looks like they are getting burned out, overworked by Wal-Mart, give them a break. There are a lot of people that have suffered heart attacks because of the stress and, some that have died from it! Pay attention to the human details and everything to succeed will fall into place after that.
