    Pros

Great team members, friendly and always lovely to work with fellow Disney fans
    Amazing sample sales
Good discounts and free Parks entry
    Good work/life balance

    Cons

    Super clique-y
Can be difficult to speak up for yourself due to arrogant personalities
Limited in their range as they're North America led and can't develop any product which is a shame as NA and Europe are such different markets

    Advice to Management

Fight for de-globalisation; it isn't doing TDSE any favours. Also learn to recognise bullies in the workplace and deal with them accordingly, you aren't doing yourself any favours by turning a blind eye!

    Pros

Access to loads of discounted shows, clothes, deals. Also excellent benefits and salary

    Cons

Leadership is terrible, strategy is weak, constant failure at a senior level which is masked by the millions that they make.

    Advice to Management

Get in a consultancy to tell you how to run like a company within the 21st century

    Pros

Can be a really nice place to work, quite fun.

    Cons

    Your work isn't appreciated.
    Very political environment.
Not very diverse, particularly in management. And there are a lot of management posts.

    Advice to Management

Start appreciating staff and their work, many have been there a long time but have not been able to progress.

I worked at Walt Disney Company as an intern

    Pros

Friendly company where everyone was willing to help you and so I feel I learnt much more than i may have done elsewhere. Interview process was short yet challenging.

    Cons

No graduate scheme is offered which is a great shame and interns did not get all the benefits that full time staff got. Very low pay.

    Advice to Management

The intern pay was extremely low which I did not feel was enough for living in london or commuting into london.
