      Pros

Great benefits, gained lots of experience and networking opportunities. A lot of development opportunities and relationship building. Great perks for CMs with park admission, cast exclusive events and promotions, and discounts

      Cons

can get overworked and no instant gratification in leadership positions, which can be difficult if you are not supported by your Leader. Big company with many moving parts so communication can often get lost or tangled up before it gets to you in order to inform your team of changes/etc.

      Cons

Can't move up unless best friends with coordinators and managers. People who had just joined the department were given promotions after a few weeks while those who were there for years with no points and a perfect record were never promoted even when they asked for it because they were more quiet
