        Pros

The ability to work from home. Disney sends a Christmas gift to their cast members every Christmas. Normally it’s Disney art of some sorts. You do get free Disney park admission and some extra employee benefits that are pretty nice.

        Cons

Yearly pay raises could be better. After 3 years I was still in the same dollar range.

      Project Assistant

Hi! I am starting to have interviews for project assistant and auxiliary roles at Oil & Gas companies, what would be green flags answers to salary requirements, tools, and specific industry experience?

Thoughts on feedback you’ve gotten during the interview process? I know feedback is rare to get but of the few times you’ve gotten it, do you agree or disagree with it? Does specific feedback make if feel better or worse than general ‘not selected’? I’m pretty open to feedback . gotten feedback I understand (not senior enough, no enough hands on experience) and others I dislike/disagreed with , decided I was better off without the company since we didn’t align
