Pros
Loved all the diverse people I had the chance to meet and work along side with and good benefits.
Cons
Sometimes the work life balance was not the best

Pros
The ability to work from home. Disney sends a Christmas gift to their cast members every Christmas. Normally it’s Disney art of some sorts. You do get free Disney park admission and some extra employee benefits that are pretty nice.
Cons
Yearly pay raises could be better. After 3 years I was still in the same dollar range.
