Reviews about "long hours"
Return to all Reviews- 2.0Feb 24, 2023QSFB Cast MemberCurrent Employee, more than 5 yearsLake Buena Vista, FL
Pros
Free admission, great benefits for full time, cast member previews on rides before they release to the public
Cons
Depending where you are, you can have the greatest leadership or the not so great. The pay is not keeping up with inflation causing many of us cast member to be borderline or at poverty. The culture in my opinion is not there anymore. Long hours because scheduling won’t cooperate with your bid ( I was pretty up in my seniority)

Pros
nothing- you work long hours and are completely disrespected by everyone from producers to actors to other costumers.
Cons
There is nothing I can say that is good about this job or industry
