Pros
Very creative. Great teams. Great benefits.
Cons
They want a young dynamic organization. Because new construction goes in phases there are layoffs after every major project. As you get older and gain more income you become a target for layoffs. Surviving there through your 40's and beyond is very unlikely.

Pros
Good benefits and great people
Cons
You are just a number in the system, and they will work you as hard as possible. Upward mobility for women and poc seems unusually difficult compared to the rest of the Walt Disney company or other modern companies.

Pros
Good people high standards good health care generally treat employees well generally decent pay
Cons
company moving to Florida Don't let the pixie dust blind you, remember you are a tax on the bottom line and as soon as things get tough don't be surprised to find yourself looking for work.

Pros
When Tom Staggs was chairman of Parks and Resorts, Imagineering was still the most amazing place to be. It contained some of the most talented and briiliant people collected and trained under one roof, and the culture was designed for the innovation of the human experience.
Cons
Worst leadership possible came into the company after Tom left.. When Imagineering was allowed to be what it was created for it was a very powerful design and delivery company capable of creating anything. When The Disney Company Board of Directors decided to create a leadership focused only on what makes stock prices move quick, and not a longer strategy based on what makes people trust and come back , it all changed. If one was to ask what kind of business animal would Bob Chapek be? He is a fox. You don't put a fox in charge of the geese that make the golden eggs.

Pros
Legacy, the name brand and can be proud you are part of one of the most creative projects in the world.
Cons
Your next project is not guaranteed. You may be let go easily. You need to understand this to get hired.

Pros
Previously one of the greatest work places around. The most creative and impressive individuals in the themed entertainment space.
Cons
The pros do not current exist. They’ve butchered their staff during Covid and continue to overwork those few who remain while not providing additional support.
