    Pros

Good pay, good benefits ever changing work environment. You never know what the earth will bring next.

    Cons

Upper management is complete morons, it's part of the good ol boy club. If your not in it your not advancing your career. Then there's the union. It's nothing but a bunch of crying two year olds, that don't wanna work. The union is only good to save the sorry workers that don't wanna work. I have worked in none Union mines and the work environment is 100% better, because they get rid of people that don't wanna work.
