Poor management and lack of leadership along with bad market caused the company to file for Chapter 11.

    Pros

    Smaller public company
Good company is you are quiet and "go with the flow"

    Cons

Good ole boy network; no opportunities for women or minorities; management cares only about mining not business

    Advice to Management

The business side needs to be focused on processes, procedures, etc. The company mines well but as an operating company it is horrible. Promote people based on talent not who they kiss up to.
