You will be able to manage your desk without micromanagement if you do your job. There are some team leads that will stand up and do what's right by their team. It will cost them though.
Cons
Lack of structure in leadership , accountability ,professionalism. Team leads can be hostel and aggressive with the team , even yell and cuss at them and still stay employed . Training department pretends to care about new recruits but don't be fooled,. they will act like you don't exist once you leave the training environment It's very possible you will get a condescending response if you try to reach out to them for help. This company will hire you for 1 job and ask you to perform 3 for the same pay. Processes are all over the place. Management will not take ownership and fail to address the concerns of the adjusters but blames them for their lack of character, Some teams leads will assign escalated or supervisor calls to you because they don't want to take them as well their claims. The ability to streamline processes and have self accountability don't exist Always the blame game. I could go on and on about the cons of this company. Word of advise. Stay far away from Wardlaw they are not worth your time or sanity. Love yourself and just say no.

Opportunity to learn and grow as an adjuster.
Cons
If you are a guy and went to college with the Owner or go to the gym with the owner it is OK to bully others whether or not you are correct. If you do not fit into this slim category you may become the victim with no recourse. You will be an “employee” but you have to supply ALL of your equipment. No paid days off, sick pay, 401k, or reviews.

Free classroom training, willing to take on newbies like myself, personal help from team leads. Paid on time and no hold backs
Cons
team leads were thinned during Harvey and Irma which is understandable. management offered team leads to take on claims, which took work away from others and took their attention. lowered adjusters' split this year
- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
