- Mentorship, the founders are xGoogle employees and showed me the ropes - Culture and Values, every other week we would have some sort of team bonding or mental health check-in - Experience, I wore so many different hats and got exposed to the engineering, sales, and product side - People, goes back to team culture but everyone is fun to work with, even in a virtual environment

Pros
Amazingly talented, open-minded, creative, dogged team. Navigated the challenges of covid without blinking and made sure that the whole team was growing, happy, and secure during challenging times. Weekly team bonding and team culture / mental health meetings kept the whole team connected and at our best. Strong leadership keep us on course and continuing in the right direction.
