Pros
Warmly is good to go all around. Nice people, down-to-earth, strong work ethics. Fast-paced and product-focused without sacrificing the human connection, understanding, and fun parts of work. The team is so open to hearing and talking about new ideas, and not just within your department but cross-functionally. Also, lots of opportunity to learn and grow. If there's a skill you want to learn to take a project in a certain direction, or get exposure to additional/different work, they're very supportive. And, I'm not an engineer, but it seemed like their engineering team is savvy and works on interesting projects. They're also well-funded for a startup, so you're not worrying that the shop could close soon with you out of a job.
Cons
Just the general downsides of working at a startup, focuses can shift frequently, processes and tools aren't nailed down yet,

Probably One of the Best Internships to have After Freshman Year of College

- Mentorship, the founders are xGoogle employees and showed me the ropes - Culture and Values, every other week we would have some sort of team bonding or mental health check-in - Experience, I wore so many different hats and got exposed to the engineering, sales, and product side - People, goes back to team culture but everyone is fun to work with, even in a virtual environment

Pros
Amazingly talented, open-minded, creative, dogged team. Navigated the challenges of covid without blinking and made sure that the whole team was growing, happy, and secure during challenging times. Weekly team bonding and team culture / mental health meetings kept the whole team connected and at our best. Strong leadership keep us on course and continuing in the right direction.
