I worked at Warn Industries full-time

    Pros

Great employees that care about building a quality product to satisfy the customer. There are a few good managers.

    Cons

The company is currently splitting and selling off part of it. The company has some good managers, but also have some managers throughout the company that should treat the hourly people with more respect and value. Quite often internal politics play into decisions and promotions.

    Advice to Management

Cut out the politics and treat the hard working people like you would like to be treated.

I have been working at Warn Industries full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent Benefits and discounts on Warn products

    Cons

Bad management, non-competitive pay, Very low and infrequent raises. Blatant favoritism. Poor organization and very outdated equipment. Lots of inappropriate comments and harassment from other employees.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time actually doing your job as a manager, be competitive in pay and the work and quality will improve. Good benefits and perks can only go so far if a person doesnt make enough to live on.

Great employees that are highly capable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success. If you want to work for a company with great growth potential, super capable co workers, and simply a lot going on join Warn.

I worked at Warn Industries full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Coworkers are amazing. Very highly skilled technical staff. Good benefits, with employee contributions very low. Employee run charity program that raises quite a but of money for local charities.

    Cons

Poorly managed people have priorities change daily because management does not care to learn about the processes. Senior management is unclear on what the day-to-day issues are because they are hardly present in the company, relying on filtered reports from directors that only highlight the good.

    Advice to Management

Get engaged with the company and the product. This isn't just a cash cow of a company, it could be great if management actually cared.
