    Pros

-You'll work with great people who are passionate about TV & Film
-Content is first-class, studio has an extensive and impressive library
-Company is committed to providing valuable opportunities for its employees

    Cons

-Morale has dipped significantly over the last few years, mostly due to implementing strict cost cutting measures

    Advice to Management

While cost savings are necessary, work on bringing back a people-focus, help make work fun again. It has to start with the leaders of each division, department and team.

I have been working at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Depending on what dept you're in, it's a fun, casual environment to work - my dept is a lot of fun. Lots of social/business resource groups to be a part of and network. Employee screenings and many discounts. Great vacation benefits packages with options to choose from. Great 401K plan. They do try to listen to their employees. A charitable organization.

    Cons

Corporate structure that's all bout the money and overhead. Regular layoff seasons. Employee perks seem to be getting less and less.

I have been working at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great company with great benefits. The employees are also very hard-working and dedicated. Summer Fridays.

    Cons

There is not a clearly delineated career path or opportunity for advancement. After recent layoffs, the employees feel over-worked and under-appreciated.

    Advice to Management

I wish they would do a better job of evaluating personnel before layoffs. Many good employees were let go while not so good ones were kept.

I have been working at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment full-time

    Pros

WBHE has always been considerate of work-life balance, although it may vary depending on your supervisor. The benefits are fair and the pay is decent. There is enjoyment in working for the leading entertainment company in Hollywood.

    Cons

WIth the physical home entertainment category on the decline, the work environment has changed. Decisions seem more based on personal gain than driving success of the company objectives. Lots of heirarchy and approvals required to get things done. The bonus program is also a little on the light side in comparison with others.

Struggling industry with the increase in piracy and digital media.
