I have been working at Warner Bros. full-time

    Pros

The company regularly recognizes top performers. It's a faced paced environment, a lot on every ones plate at any given time. There's room for growth both within and outside the division.

    Cons

Lots of growing pains as new systems, processes and ways to go to market are instituted across the division. The doing more with less people practice is unsustainable. Extremely long hours during the work week, weekend hours and working on holidays and vacations are often necessary in order to get all your work done.

    Advice to Management

The lack of a healthy work life balance is a serious issue. I know several top performing personnel that are on the edge of burnout.

    Pros

Great Benefits with great pay! Warner bros is a great place to work for. A real professional environment. They treat their employees better than most productions. Everyone is a family and helps each other out when they can. Fast smooth pace for everyone

    Cons

Same routine and no room to move up. Not to many bad cons but maybe notice more of the creativity from different employees

I worked at Warner Bros. (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great visibility into the variety of businesses that really make hollywood run-- from films to tv to gaming to consumer products and more.

    Cons

Bloated and lethargic executive team that is out of touch with their core staff, rapidly changing business models, and consumer tastes.

    Advice to Management

Be more nimble. Take more risks. Appreciate the intelligence of your younger staffers before they all leave.
