      Pros

Great colleagues, even more amazing and friendly VPs, growth and mobility, free movie passes, free merch, paid lunches and dinners, great benefits, free WB Tours for friends and family, work life balance, annual 1-3% raises, yearly bonuses, your opinions are valued, and much more.

      Cons

Sometimes long hours especially during holiday season, under staffed, you must wear multiple hats, sometimes you have to cross train yourself to get things done, constant lay offs almost every 2 years.

Great perks, long hours, no work life balance

      Pros

GREAT PERKS: free clothes, costumes, phone cases, toys, comic books, CDs, DVDs, movie tickets, free screenings while working, seeing all the cool things being made before it comes out, tickets to comic con, toy fair, amazing kitchen with snacks, great custodial cleaners, amazing friendly welcoming colleagues. GREAT BENEFITS & BONUSES: good dental, medical, vision. Good end of the year bonuses and 1.5-3% raises every year. PROMOTIONS: you can move up pretty fast within the company. GREAT BOSSES: VPs, EVPs, and SVPs, are kind, approachable, flexible, and open minded. They listen to our concerns, ideas, and strategies and sometimes implement them. It's the management above them that is problematic. GREAT COLLEAGUES: they are patient, friendly, and train you well. It's an environment where you're not thrown into the fire and it's okay to make a mistake without getting your head bitten off or being scolded. It promotes teamwork and growth.

      Cons

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE: Long hours, sometimes 10-12 hours, sometimes later. You work on your vacation days as people call or email you. LAYOFFS: too many lay off at the bottom. Layoffs happen every year and half to two years. THE RESULT: It demoralizes the team and changes the dynamic in the office. Everyone is always on edge. We are now understaff and overworked since there is less people.

Great company to work and grow with!

      Pros

Excellent growth opportunities due to size of the company and the various divisions and departments you can transfer to. The company culture is family like, and I have made friends for a lifetime there. The technology is great, and internal support is present. Daycare center on-site at the Warner Bros. Ranch, which both of my kids went through until they entered kindergarten. Excellent benefits including medical, 401k, and paid time off.

      Cons

The management at the top is that of a boys club. Can be hard for a woman to break through. Long hours are typically expected, as in 9am-7pm, or later, with many managers expecting you to stay as long as they are in their offices. The work-life balance can be difficult if you have small children. Daycare closes at 7pm.

Be Careful About The Department You Choose

      Pros

      Cafeteria onsite and employee discounts

      Cons

Departments spread across large area...networking difficult if you are not in the right area. Hr is not a collective group. Different Hr for different departments so if you are in am area you don't want to grow in good luck interfacing with thst groups Hr team. Takes 7-10 mins to walk to and from the far lots no shuttles for meetings. HR can be unprofessional by advertising a job and when you start work your job changes. Opportunity for growth depends on your department. Cell phone does not work in parking garage or elevator . Long hours. A 9-6 or 7 job. I agree with a previous review. It's a mixed bag depending on the area you work in.
