okay place to work if you have an MBA if you dont you may not get promoted or have the ability to move up

    Cons

super corporate environment that is slow moving to change and lead more my politics than performance. Decisions are made depending on upper managements desires rather than what consumers may actually want.

    Advice to Management

value long time employees and pay attention to industry change as well as emerging media as well as new talent

    Pros

Managers and directors are great at job training. They allow people to make mistakes and figure out solutions. Perks and benefits are great.

    Cons

The changing landscape of the industry has caused the company to make many changes to its staffing. A lot of shuffling and lay off of people. The outlook for physical movies does not look good.

    Keep up the good job.

    Pros

    Big company, lots to learn.

    Cons

Department was too clique-y. It's one thing to have to prove your worthiness, but it was ridiculous how information was withheld to ensure power/seniority, etc.

    Advice to Management

you are too smart for your own good. But not as smart as you think you are.
