    Nice work environment, Summer hours, and decent benefits. 401K match of 6% after your first year not fully vested until your 5th year of service.

    Cons

    Fast paced environment/ High Expectations/ Lots of deadlines/Lots of reporting/High Stress/Little gratification.

    work environment. work place. diversity of work flow and projects. at the core of the music industry hence especially motivating for music lovers.

    Cons

    salary. work hours. Not much freedom especially with respect to time constraints when dealing with projects. There are always new projects that come when old ones still need to be completed
