    Pros

Very easy going place to work. Work with a number of great brands. People are friendly and willing to help

    Cons

Not very challenging projects to work on. Basically just sat there the entire summer. Doesn't really encourage learning. Just a filler for the petty work. Ideas not implicated. Seems like not a lot of career growth.

    Advice to Management

Encourage intern development and career advancement. Actual projects for interns. More connections with higher ups in the company

I worked at Warner Music as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very easy- going vibe. I've worked in a lot of corporate environments and you definitely don't feel like that here. Everyone is friendly and laid-back.

    Cons

I don't think was there long enough to find any cons. My only guess is that based upon other people's concerns there, pay is a little low.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing culture wise.
