    Great level of responsibility and control.

    Cons

    Shifting roles without supervisory direction/communication made things very difficult.

    Advice to Management

    Consistency would benefit employees. Constant changing of direction and staff led to frustration.

    Met a lot of people, opportunity to network and meet people in the industry, had several workshops for resumes

    No open positions when ready to apply, didn't really help or motivate to stay within the company

    Not have too many interns, its very slow and no room for anyone to apply

    I worked at Warner Music full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Staff was very friendly, nice location, and the salary was pretty good in terms of industry standards. And sometimes you'd get a musician coming in to play.

    Cons

    Not much room for growth, inter company politics was common, and management at times didn't understand how hard some of the work was.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your team and see their needs.
