I worked at Warner Music full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great science, motivated people, leader in process development. Excellent work life balance, flex hours, work from home. Great place to work for younger workers.

    Cons

There are frequent changes in the management structure. The org structure is rather flat and it could me difficult to find advancement if you are mid level management. Okay is under market rate generally.

I worked at Warner Music as an intern

    Pros

You have great exposure and mentorship from your supervisors and you learn a lot about the music industry. They give interns a lot of responsibilities and you get to work on some very cool projects.

    Cons

People can be very cutthroat and if you end up with a supervisor that is extremely busy, you may not get as much out of the experience as you could.

    Advice to Management

Have more structure to the internship program. That would help interns gain even more from their time there.
