    Pros

Maybe only that they pay for overtime

    Cons

Avoid this place if you think seriously about patient safety and satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

Lower nurse/patient ratio, More CNAs for patient safety and satisfaction, Better appreciation of nursing work (I never received any bonus for a good job, not even Christmas bonus but my job was rated more than average)

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Warren Barr Pavillion part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I live three blocks from this facility, so this was a great location for me. It is also near downtown Chicago.

    Cons

The pay was very low. New works do not get paid by work experience. They are not interested in attracting and maintaining good talent.

    Advice to Management

Increase salary to attract and retain quality workers. Familiarize yourself with the obstacles that your employees face when doing their daily jobs.

    Cons

No structure at all ,no training the pay not all that good.People being promoted without knowledge of what the job entails. No team work among staff.

    Advice to Management

Hire people who have knowledge or experience in the role they apply for instead of asking employees and better pay .
