As an emlployee, they are very understanding when it comes to life issues and allow you to take time off when needed.
They are on their way out. They are selling off subsidiaries and clearly have a plan to liquidate. Yet they feel they owe no one an explaination. Additionally, senior management is a "boys club".
Advice to Management
I feel like they need to share more of their plans with the company. They should respect their emloyees more.
