Best Company To Work For

I love working at Warrior Trading because I am able to own my own job responsibilities. I am 100% accountable, but I do not have to worry about others micro managing me. It is a VERY open environment, and everyone is super friendly. Everybody is learning new things every day and it gives the opportunity for you to enhance your career ten-fold, even if you do not plan to stay there forever. It is a fast paced start up environment, and very techy, since its all e-Commerce. I found my home.
Cons
Really nothing. I compare this to my friends and people working at other companies, and this is where I want to be. You can own anything you want here, so you can become a person of many hats, which is great, but also stressful. So its not so much a Con, if you can manage yourself well.

Nothing I'd never return to this company No amount of money is worth the abuse of Ross Cameron the CEO
Cons
THE CEO Ross Cameron -Controlling -Has no idea what's going on -No idea how to run a business -Just winging it on how it makes him feel -Every business decision is made base on his ego.

Pros
Absolutely wonderful internship experience. The warrior team felt like family to me from the very beginning. I was able to learn a lot and collaborate with others. I was actually doing work that helped the company and not mundane/meaningless projects. Managers were goal oriented but flexible. They let me go into the office at 5:30 to use their monitors to trade in the morning and always had a fridge full of food.
Cons
There was no Cons for me.
