Interior building aesthetics, and historic playboy memorabilia.

        Cons

This is an "avoid at all costs" place of employment. The epitome of a toxic work environment with absolutely no leadership from the top. I was recruited to fill a newly-created position of hotel leadership, and was ensured various avenues by which I would be appropriately trained and supported by not only my immediate manager, but also from hotel leadership outside of the state. I was not supported in the development of my role, and was left with no support in keeping vital hotel positions filled which would have allowed me to at least attempt to self-train in my new role even if my management was failing to fulfill development promises. Given the unfortunate lack of setting me up for success, I was blamed for various shortcomings in the property. There are belittling comments made from the top, inappropriate "coaching" comments, and a complete lack of accountability at the top. They are quick to blame the field staff, but do not look upon themselves to discover critical problems with the company as a whole. This is also a company which struggles to pay its vital operating expenses to the point certain accounts are in default, to engaging in unethical(at the very least, if not illegal) employment practices. Overall this is definitely on top of the list of hotels to avoid employment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. Your time with us spanned a number of years, from 2012 to 2018, before you separated from our employment the first time. Given the past working relationship, we gave you another opportunity to grow in your chosen profession by rehiring you at a higher responsibility level, while also partially paying for your relocation from the West coast to Denver. You expressed excitement both for the opportunity, and to return to Warwick Hotels and Resorts. We share in your root frustration that, in the end, the position did not work out, despite efforts devoted to your success over the course of seven months. While we fully disagree with the statements you have made, we also think that you made them from a place of frustration because your employment ended. Once again, we understand this very human frustration, and we empathize with you. In spite of the review you left which we believe is wrong and highly misleading, please know that our position towards you has not changed, which is to say that we sincerely wish you the best success and happiness with your next employer.

Hello, does anyone know of Susan Riedel because she is my hiring manager and said I received the position although has not responded in a day. Is she employed at this company or is this a job scam?

hey guys, i’m an early career professional and I recently interviewed for an entry level role in procurement. is it a red flag if it was hinted / mentioned a few times during the interviews that the role will be stressful? 🥲 I haven’t done much interviewing as I’m pretty fresh in my career so for them to explicitly mention it will be stressful was a first
