      Reasonable hours, but little else. If you can find another job - take it.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, low morale, and an unprofessional work environment. Little opportunity for career advancement. Unpleasant place to work.

      Pros

      The position sounded stable when they asked me to interview and it was an involved process.

      Cons

      Work environment, disenchanted coworkers, terrible management, disorganized system, unhappy customers, inefficient, wasteful. Slow hiring process. Sketchy procurement activity.
