I worked at Washington Mutual full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great location, new department with growth opportunities. Company is now defunct. Surprised it lasted as long as it did with the way it was run.

    Cons

No infrastructure, unrealistic goals, untrained staff. The Small Business division in itself was buying deposits with unreasonably high rate bonuses that could not be sustained in a healthy environment. Absolutely ridiculous approach to a business.
