Very unique place to work in the sports industry. Good benefits, perks, and company culture. Most departments are well organized and managed.

Can be high demanding in some roles, working games, weekends and after hours. Ownership plays an integral role in daily operations which makes for a unique work environment

Great potential
Apr 11, 2022 - Social Media and Service Response TeamRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great communication and Passionate leadership. I was always impressed by the number of people who really want to see the team succeed and are huge fans.
Cons
Many of the cooperate relationships, esecially with Leavy and other Vendors, makes the day to day of customer experience staff more difficult with their extreme lack of oversight, and lack of commitment in fostering talent. For every 1 superstar usher, or security person that loves making a difference, there are at least 3 concessions staff almost literally just watching a clock and taking up space.

Pros
Getting better in terms of culture
Cons
Only care about the bottom line, culture needs work, employee recognition needs work
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
There is absolutely no pros to working here.
Cons
Poor management, pay, HR is a mess, and no advancement opportunity whatsoever.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Great staff. Great working environment
Cons
Limited hours. Limited staffing opportunities.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Location, co-workers are amazing people, baseball games!
Cons
The most toxic work environment I've ever experienced. Terrible management. Low-paying. No room for advancement. Don't be lured by the alleged prestige of working in major league sports; you will regret working here. And yes, I know this sounds like I'm a bitter person, but ask anyone for a frank opinion of this place and they will tell you the same.
