I have been working at Washington Redskins full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Tradition from the franchise that won consistently over two decades ago

    Cons

Dan Snyder lacks necessary integrity, and his lack of transparency filters down to middle-management.

    Advice to Management

I can’t say much that won’t bury their franchises under more scrutiny and negative words, so I’m going to hold off.

I worked at Washington Redskins as an intern

    Pros

Only pro I can think of is that you get to go to home games and calling it a pro is a stretch. However, you are standing behind a table dealing with mostly drunk fans that have no interest in what you are doing.

    Cons

    - No clear direction on tasks.
    - Lack of work to do throughout the day
    - Most tasks include sending packages and other letters to ticket holders
    - Manager was extremely rude and unfriendly for no apparent reason
    - Account representatives are nice, but the senior employees are not very well-liked
    - Would not recommend this internship for anyone
    - Unpaid and you gain absolutely no useful experience for a future career

    Pros

You get free tickets - most of your coworkers are young and cool to be around

    Cons

Team is understaffed in the ticket office and sales office. Embarrassingly low pay for requiring a college degree, especially after getting a promotion. Minimal opportunities for real advancement to decent paying positions.

    Advice to Management

Get your head out of your butt

I worked at Washington Redskins part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Work for an NFL team.

    Cons

Very underpaid for the amount of work you do. Poor management with zero communication as to what is going on. Bad leads, with terrible commission rate. You essentially get .001 percent, and no renewals. It is a glorified secretary position.
