Decent compensation and you get to work on the world’s largest environmental cleanup project. 4x10s schedule for most workforce.

No options for remote work or hybrid work. Very rigid pay structure where compensation is based on years of experience and there is little performance based pay incentive. Management is uninterested in opportunities for improvement. Programmatic issues are chronically ignored. Requires long commute without compensation (average 1.5hr/day).
