Decent compensation and you get to work on the world’s largest environmental cleanup project. 4x10s schedule for most workforce.

        Cons

No options for remote work or hybrid work. Very rigid pay structure where compensation is based on years of experience and there is little performance based pay incentive. Management is uninterested in opportunities for improvement. Programmatic issues are chronically ignored. Requires long commute without compensation (average 1.5hr/day).

                      Alex L.

Applied for a job a few weeks back, got a call from HR yesterday morning about an interview next week. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
