    Pros

    My boss and coworkers are extremely supportive and they work with my schedule, which is a huge plus!

    Cons

    It doesn't pay the greatest. It's good for a student, though!

    Sometimes there are miscommunications with other members of the Front Desk team

    Some of the upper management can be difficult.

    lack of tools and budget instability: there was a 75 % budget cut during my time there affecting all tools renewal and maintenance process
