I have been working at Washington State University part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Good collaborative working environment. Everyone is very supportive to help you grow. Have weekly meeting with advisor and given enough freedom to implement your own idea - Pullman is very safe and beautiful little town. Leaving car or door unlocked wouldn't be a problem

    Cons

    - Pullman is pretty small with very limited options for people like having fun
