I have been working at Washington and Jefferson College part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are a lot of student employment opportunities. The admissions house had clear roles and responsibilities. There was a well defined workflow and no panic even during very busy times.

    Cons

I cannot speak from personal experience, but the phone-athon job was given to who did not already find work and turnover was high for that.
